Which carriers will deliver my package?

Your package will be delivered by GLS delivery service in cooperation with the Nesesser.com webshop.
GLS is a long-term partner of Magdis d.o.o. which guarantees fast and quality delivery. After we collect and prepare the purchased items, your package will be handed over to GLS. After purchasing, you will receive an email from GLS about the pickup and preparation of the package, and after that, you can expect an email about the estimated delivery time.

What are the delivery costs?
The delivery price is calculated in the last step of the purchase.

How can I be sure that I have correctly placed my order?

If you want to check whether your order has been processed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation sent via email.

You can also find your orders in your user account in the "Orders" section.

When will the purchased items be delivered to me?

Immediately available products to the selected address will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. The average delivery time is 3 working days. Before your package is delivered, you will receive two emails from GLS delivery service. The first with information about the package pickup, and then the second with the exact delivery time.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address by clicking on "My orders". However, if you would like your shipment to be redirected and delivered to a GLS parcel locker, or to another address, you need to do the following: when GLS picks up your shipment, you will receive an SMS with a link that allows you to change the delivery conditions. By simply clicking on the link, you can redirect your shipment to the desired parcel locker or change the delivery address. If the specified delivery address cannot be found or your shipment cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. As soon as we receive the returned shipment, the funds will be refunded to you using the payment method you used when placing the order.

How can I track my order?
After your package has been sent, you will receive an email from GLS about the delivery time. In the email, you will also receive a link where you can check the status of your package.

 

How will my items be delivered?

Orders are delivered by GLS delivery service. All information regarding the delivery status will be sent to the email provided during the purchase.

You will be notified about the delivery time.

 

Products are packed in delivery boxes to prevent damage during transportation.

 

The buyer is required to check for any damage upon receiving the products and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment with visible external damage. The buyer is obligated to sign the delivery note or the receipt upon receiving the goods, which the courier service takes as confirmation of receipt.

 

In the event that the buyer receives a package with different products than those ordered, they have the right to receive the ordered product, and if that is not possible, the buyer has the right to a refund of the paid price of the product, delivery costs, and reimbursement of the return shipping costs, and is required to return the wrongly delivered product in its original condition, unopened and unused.

 

In the event that Magdis d.o.o. is unable to deliver the ordered products within the specified timeframe, they will inform the buyer to arrange a new delivery date. In this case, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract.

 

Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the buyer receives all documents accompanying the product - invoice, receipt of the package which they are required to sign. By signing the receipt of the package, it is considered that the product has been received without visible external damage.

 

The goods are insured against loss in delivery.
