Squeeze a brush-length strip of paste from the tube and brush in circular motions from the tooth root to the top for 3 minutes. Plidenta toothpaste is recommended to be used twice daily. For children aged 6 and under: use a pea-sized amount for brushing under supervision to prevent swallowing. In case of fluoride intake from other sources, consult a dentist or physician.
